What is Second Love?

Second Love is a peer to peer platform consisting of a  curated range of samples, seconds, deadstock and gently used well known retro brand names such as Hell Bunny, Collectif, Tatyana, Unique Vintage - and so many more in the waiting wings!

We are trialing the launch with trusted partners - some loyal customers, and some fellow shop owners, but soon we will be opening to more sellers. 

How Do I know if an item is part of the Second Love range?

Every Second Love item is denoted by the cute little Second Love badge. When you are looking at the gorgeous goodies on the Cheribomb Retro website, you will see items with the the badge in the upper right hand corner. 

 

How can I be sure that the garment I'm buying is exactly as described?

Cautious is good, especially in these current economic times. This is why we are trialing the initiative with trusted sellers. Cheribomb Retro has been in the vintage game since 2016 - we will vet and approve each and every item that is listed for sale.  We will only allow good quality known brands for sale. There are also checks and measures for sellers and buyers that we have in place. 

Each garment is thoroughly described and priced according to it's status. Each garment is thoroughly described and priced according to it's status, and there is a unique system of symbols which will allow you to easily understand the state of each garment:

	Brand New With Tags - exactly as described. This year has taken its toll on many small businesses and we have seen many business closures. Second Love is also a coop of sorts helping small businesses owners move on BNWT stock in these dire economic times.
	Brand New Without Tags - exactly as described. Brand new stock that is missing tags.
	Needs Some TLC - please read item description very carefully, this garment may have some faults.
	PreLoved - grab a bargain with gently preloved goods!
	True Vintage - breathtakingly beautiful original vintage gear from the 50, 60s, 70, 80s and 90s

At Cheribomb Retro, we want you to love your purchase! Please review our returns and refunds policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Main Store Returns

• Return Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Refunds: Refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizes incur a 10% admin fee. Postage costs are non-refundable.
• Store Credit Option: Prefer a hassle-free return? Opt for 100% store credit (no admin fee!) issued as a gift card with a 3-year expiry.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: Contact us at info@cheribombretro.com if your item is damaged or incorrect. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

Clearance & Sale Items

• Final Sale: Clearance items and those purchased with a discount code are final sale and not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit. Please choose carefully.
• Returned Clearance Items: Clearance items sent back to us will be returned to you, along with an invoice for postage.

• Refunds: Returns are subject to a 10% admin fee, and postage costs are non-refundable.
